Potrebno je:

Pola šolje javorovog sirupa ili meda
2 jajeta
2 izgnječene banane
1/4 šolje bademovog mleka
1 kašičica sode bikarbone
1/2 kašičice soli
1/2 kašičice cimeta
1 3/4 šoljice integralnog pšeničnog brašna
1/3 ovsenih pahuljica

Priprema:

Zagrejte rernu na 160 stepeni i podmažite pleh za mafine kokosovim uljem.

Ostatak ulja pomešajte sa javorovim sirupom, potom dodajte jaja, onda i banane i bademovo mleko, potom sodu bikarbonu, ekstrakt vanile, so i cimet.

Potom idu brašno i ovsene pahuljice. Sve dobro izmešajte pa prespite u pleh za mafine.
